    I have been incredibly unhappy with ukg scheduling since our company decided to switch over to this time clock system. The system it self is very confusing to use and training is terrible. Training is set up for managers to learn and use it but it is terrible for the employee user interface. It is very much a figure it out your self sort of system. This system makes it too easy for managers to tweak and play with your schedule. Our manager is tweaking our schedule beyond their union allowed power and the complaints have rolled in to the union regarding the issue. I have been having issues with targeted scheduling harassment favoritism and being on the other side of it. I have been having issues with this since our company went to this system. I use to be consistently full time status and now I'm barely getting 25 hrs a week due to how this system calculates store hours. Our store and company has lost a huge number of operating hours and it is running staff incredibly thin. The app it self is sketchy. If you read the I Agree clause you people would realize how much data it tracks and pinshes from your phone. It is a huge security risk and I do not recommend having it on your phone. Besides that the app is consistently broken. If it isn't broken break it. Job security for developers. Ukg pro is some how worse than the regular version. No, I'll just web site this in a browser. The system goes off line so much our union has filed multiple pay grievances against the company for failure to pay its employees. The app it self encourages time clock fraud to a new level. People take 20+ min going to break/lunch and a person can be gone up to 50+ min from department and it is frustrating. Management isn't enforcing traditional break rules so people continue to get away with time clock fraud. Schedules have a habit of disappearing all together. Managers fail to inform of 48 hr change. This app *****. It never works and is broken a lot.

    This is the worst app ever. It never works right anymore. I keep getting told its being resolved but I can never access my money. I dont recommend using this app/feature to anyone.

    Not even a legitimate website, good luck being able to even apply for a job on here. When you create an account it doesn't actually make an account, it just gathers your information. This website seems incredibly dangerous as many job boards link desperate people to it such as myself who then are unable to actually apply for any work through here.AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If you're an employer don't look for applicants here unless you want to get 0 applications.

    My former job uses this company for their payroll, w2, etc. I've been calling since January 6th, when they said they can offer assistance for W2s and NOBODY has replied to any emails or voice messages I've left and the phone line is seemingly unmanaged. It's incredibly frustrating, since I've moved and they are the only people who can get me my W2s. Does anybody even work for this company???? There is seemingly no support and the numbers just *************..

    Worst company ever. Setup everything incorrectly and then wouldn't help us fix it once we went live. Support is basically nonexistent and the times we do get it they end up just making the problem worse. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
