Thieves! We completed almost $40,000 worth of work for them. They charged the client for this payment but never paid us! Stay far away from them! They will rob you!

We are small company in state of Wisconsin was hired to provide security service for their client in Tomah Wisconsin. Service contract ws done in four weeks ,due date for payments 30 days. When we start asking for payments we heard a lot of stories with there financial situation , possible bankruptcy, some body have stolen there money and etc. XPress guards propose another contract that we should work for them for low rates and earn money they have owed to us no interest or apologies attached. There contract is done that way that you cannot collect anything from them. Collect from court will cost more legal fees then the full amount they owe us $14500. Best advice to stay away from subcontracting from them. Best advice from AI: Based on what you've described, here are a few points and steps you might consider: 1. Avoid Their “Work-Off-the-Debt” Offer Their proposal for you to work at a lower rate to “earn back” what they owe you — without interest, and with no guarantees — is a red flag. It suggests they are trying to exploit your labor while avoiding debt repayment. Accepting that offer gives them leverage and could weaken any future claims you make. 2.. Small Claims Court Option In Wisconsin, small claims court can be used for debts up to $10,000 (in most cases). If part of the $14,500 can be separated into a claim under that threshold, it may be more cost-effective than full litigation. 3.. Public Awareness Without defaming them, you might consider sharing your experience with other small businesses or local contractors — privately or via forums — so others are warned. Keep it factual to avoid legal issues. You're absolutely right in your takeaway: do not work with them again, and warn others to avoid subcontracting unless they get full payment upfront.

***************** was deceived by this company, because our sub contract work with them was here in the state of Nevada for security services. Where we completed the work successfully but the problem was when it was time for us to be paid for this work. They never responded to any form of communication about payment for our services they evaded every email and phone call in the end we completed the work and never received payment. For this reason we are writing this review to warn other companies in ****** and other states to not work with this company so the same thing doesnt happen to you and your company. Upon further investigation when reported to the **** this company doesnt have the license in the State of ****** to offer subcontracting work.

My experience working with Xpress Guards has been amazing!!! I called them with short notice to guard 2 vacant properties after my father passed away, as we were dealing with junkies and squatters trying to break in, and while it did take a bit of time to find a willing guard due to the shady area the houses were in, every single guard that did accept the job and came through was beyond professional. They all came well prepared for whatever they encountered, every guard texted me once they arrived, they all gave me tips on how to prevent trespassers in the future, and updated me on anything they saw during the night. The peace of mind they were able to give me while I settled my recently deceased fathers affairs was priceless to me, and I will be using their services in the future for when I can get the squatters out of the other house.
