"just had service with this company 6 months ago and termites are in the house they never left or got exterminate i got in contact with the phone number left in my contract and expalin to him what was going on he treat me like a dog on the day of the set time to inspect the house told me he will wait for me at the premises and left with not even a call to say he was living---check this out you have to agree in a 2 hour window for them to show up but they can't wait 15 minutes for a costumer real fast to get away from re tent at no cost i call their office to explain the problem and they send another person that said he will be there at 11 he show up at 11:25 like to prove a point i show him the termites and the persistent damage they are continue to do. to the house first he say that they were flying termites them wood termites them ground termites back and forward and he said they will have to retreat the house for ground termites another **** dollars they didn't inspect properly the first time and choose the wrong treatment whatever it is- they are the professionals, and they want me to pay twice for the treatment i need my money back and the least i can do i warn other people about these thieves."
