    I paid for a year subscription on Thursday. The cost was $129.99. After multiple attempts at utilizing the software, it did not work. I immediately requested a refund within the hour. The company is refusing to give a refund and now are requiring remote access to my computer. Webwatcher is a scam. If you ****** them you will see that this company does this pretty often.

    About the same as the other review. tried to use software, it didnt work. they charged me for both android and ois but they wont refund the android that i dont have. so you get billed for both. the emails drag you back and forth repeating everything you say. then they block your IP so you cant get into the website anymore. Complete **** company. do not use!

    Do not use them, number one they got it blocked so you can't leave a review, I signed up, there system made me pay twice, and charged me, and I couldn't get the system to work, and when I emailed for a complaint for a refund it says my email is no good, they will not refund 2 charges, I can't log in, and refuse to admit there program isn't downloaded. Even if I was wrong I paid twice, I immediately left messages they have voice mail, they will not even call me back, just a computer email telling me I agreeded, asking me to do other stuff, to suspend my service till later , we'll I never received setvice
