    If I could give a zero I would! I am a senior up in ********** & needed a manager****** ******* gets10%. My apartment 780 ft.needed to be cleaned & he wanted to charge me $1250!I I refused!my apartment was totally furnished & I rented it always with everything in it. Venezuelans were interested so cleaning now $250!! Found out later they were new to ***! I trusted ******! Told I needed to get rid of everything including a great mattress.He said hechanged a lock that was just a hole he made & charged me $120,. , but these Venezuelans told ****** that that the new mattress not being there so they put it in boxes it was supposed be where I see everything thats being put iin boxes! A lamp from the bedroom worth over $3000. Went missing.ICapadamontehe sent his man to be on FaceTimebut that never happened! I had to pay for his time. I found ****** to be dishonest,as he charged me $120 for a hole in my front door, the locksmith I got after ********** parted called it a decoration!.. I-dont know why he would do that to me, but he did! The Venezuelan said they loved the new mattress better than my mothers so I was happy but that wasnt the case. The mattress was so bad the next tenant bought his own & laid it on top of that one they loved so much! Thats 1 reason why they leftThey would have to live with it! ****** said they were thinking of staying i found out as they were leaving that they just came to the ************* signed for them! I dont know who? But they were from my complex I was told! They damaged my walls & cracked the glass of a large painting by throwing things at the wall &yelled loud at night disturbing my neighbor who complained to the ********** was told if it happens again Ill be charged $100+ each time! My last months rent & one month deposit was held by ****** who said I must give them the money back?! that was two years ago & where it is I wasnt told. I dont know!I&Id like the phone number & where those tenants moved to!
