The staff at Native is friendly and fast to respond. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and helpful. We left our previous company due to feeling like just a number and slow response time, however Native has been great from the start.Review fromJulian G

Ive been a client of Native Pest for over a year both for weed lawn management and pest control. My backyard is completely overtaken by weeds after months of ongoing treatment. Ive been following up since November. They keep saying a manager will come take a look but nobody shows up. Last call I had I asked to stop charging me until the problem was fixed and they assured a manager will come. That was over a month ago and still nothing. My yard is now pretty much destroyed and today they told me they dont have a record of any visits just me cancelling the subscription and since its not active nobody will come. Who will pay for my destroyed lawn? What exactly have they been doing and charging $100+ every month for? I need an answer ASAPReview fromcarole s

Our technician Randy was courteous and very informative. He gave us a complete rundown on what he was doing and answered all our questions. We have used other pest control companies in the past and they have never spent the time and effort into completing our problem...
