Hulett is always responsive and helpful for all of my pest control issues. I especially appreciate Ford, who discovered the source of my problem after others failed to find it, and he solved the problem. I highly recommend Hulett and Ford for all of your pest control needs.Review fromVivian R

I’ve been a Hulett customer for nearly 20 years! Termite control, pest control & lawn service, we’ve had all of their services & they are the best! They hire competent, professional and personable employees they truly care, I wouldn’t bother with anyone else, just call Hulett!

Before starting lawn service with Hulett my lawn looked great. I had lawn care and termite services with Hulett for several years, and over that time my law became filled with weeds and brown spots. It didn't make sense to me to continue spending the high cost of their services to make my lawn look worse than it did before, so I called to cancel both the lawn care and termite service with Hulett. Nineteen days after I canceled all services with Hulett, they charged my credit card for a renewal of the termite service. When I saw the charge on my credit card statement, I called Hulett to ask them to reverse the charge. I was transferred from one person to the next, then they put me on hold for a long time and hung up on me. I called Hulett back, and again they transferred my call from one person to the next. Finally, I was told a manager would call me when she got back from lunch. Late in the day, the manager had not called, so I called Hulett back. Again, they transferred my call from one person to the next. Finally, I asked to speak with a manager, and they told me the manager was not available, but they would call me. By the end of the following day, a manager had still not made any attempt to call me. I will never do business with this company again.Hulett Environmental Services, Inc.

I just had a horrible experience with ****** I bought a house a year ago and called them to put sentricon against terminates on my property . I paid $1,800 . They said verbally that the sentricon are mine .A year later I received an invoice and it appears that they came in my property and removed the sentricon without letting me know and with no permission to axes my property . I called them and they were very unprofessional and rude to me . Didnt care and think it is okay to have access to a property without any permission . They just took advantage of me and lie to me .Hulett Environmental Services, Inc.

I am extremely disappointed in the way the termite manager handles a complaint. She has no empathy . She told me my guarantee was no longer valid. I tried to explain to her I had heart surgery at the time of billing and could not afford to pay it then. She was very loud and rude and told me she did not know why my call was directed to her. What kind of business are you running?? She did not even try to help.Hulett Environmental Services, Inc.

Please be advised that ********************** No Tent termite renewal expired on October 24, 2022, due to non payment of renewal. Please note that Hulett Environmental Services did mail out 9 renewal notices to ***************** informing her of her renewal due date. ****************** called our office on July 7, 2023 for a service call (which was 9 months after the renewal expired for non payment) and was informed that the warranty had expired & we would send out an inspector. At that time ****************** ended the call.
