I am was inquiring about obtaining a Chinese Visa. This company told be initially it would cost $280, but was not interested in telling me any other costs for shipping the passport to and from the Consulate/Embassy in Washington DC or NYC to my home. Furthermore, there seems to be a lack of professionalism in being upfront of all costs to obtain a Chinese Visa from this company: Immigration & Business Services, Inc. I copied and pasted what was sent to me in an email: "Our current office procedure requires you to set up an appointment and come to our office in person or we can do a phone or video consultation and there is consultation of $280.00 to be paid via Zelle pay at our email: or Credit Cards with the bank fees to confirm your consultation appointment and this fee will be applied to the service fee (which is much more than the Consultation fee) when you sign up the service agreement with this office at the end of the consultation appointment." Good thing I now looked on the BBB website and saw a negative review.

    Hi *****,

We conduct business in a professional manner as professionals, and we hope that you do the same as professionals who never take advantage of  other businesses' expertise and business trade secrets or processes .

On May 31, you called our office and insisted that our office answer your questions immediately without reviewing certain documents for ************ Application and we clearly advised you of our office procedure verbally and that we must review your documents first before we are in the position to advise you properly. (see the attached screenshot of your text messages to our office for details)

You then sent our office your email address and immediately, our office emailed you our office procedure and certain information that you requested for (see the attached gmail communication to you for details), clearly requiring you to set up a consultation appointment and pay the consultation fee of $280 via Zelle pay at our email: ************************ or Credit Cards with the bank fees to confirm your consultation appointment and this fee will be applied to the service fee (which is much  more than the Consultation fee)  when you sign up the service agreement with this office at the end of the consultation appointment.

You responded to our email saying "Sounds good, thank you", clearly indicating that you fully understand our office procedure as a normal business person.

Many days later, on June 9, you sent our office the following email: " So what is included for the $280.00 and what would be the total amount?"

We responded to you on the same day as follows:" Many factors come into play regarding the actual service, for example, if you need the normal processing or expedited service.  We need to review all your documents including the Invitation Letter etc so that we know how much time we need to put into your cases and will quote accordingly."

You kept sending emails to our office harassing us with the same question, with NO intention to respect our office procedure, or to set up the appointment or pay the required consultation fee of $280 although you promised one time to do so.

All you have been trying to do is to get more and more free information from our office regarding your personal issues and dilemma with your greedy and shameful  attempt to know our business trade secrets and processes that we fully protect with caution against the few shameless non professionals.

We hope you are a normal person, think clearly and govern yourself properly and professionally.
