      We have purchased with them 4 times and were happy with products and service. My husband ordered $200 worth of glass art from them in November 2022. Its been almost 7 months and nothing. Their website is down and no one answers phone. Very disappointed that they appear to be out of business and took our money with them!

      I will join the other customers and add my disappointment in Sunshiners Suncatchers LLC. They confirmed the order and charged my credit card immediately but did not deliver the items(s). Their emails are undeliverable and when you call them, he tells you that you have the wrong number. Buyer beware.

      Too bad I cant leave zero stars- this company is a scam- hopefully someone will contact me to start a lawsuit because I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars on products that have not been delivered! I am furious. *********************** ************** **

      I wont order from this company again. Ordered in mid Aug 2022. Emailed many times with only one reply that it was in process. That was 6 weeks ago. I also texted which said was an available contact option, heard nothing back. Phone rings constantly busy. My item was pricy. At this point, Its almost Dec, I just want a refund. This company should not be in business. Very disappointed. I wish I had searched these reviews before ordering.

      It is now Oct. 2022, and I cant get Sunshiners or ********************* (rmatway at sunshiners.com) to complete my last order placed April 7, nor can I get a response to inquiries. Im disappointed. I spent hundreds of dollars in 2021 on beautiful pieces he did complete. But something changed in 2022 he takes the money and doesnt deliver or communicate. Clearly, its happening to others as well. His Sunshiners.com website is still up! Im sorry to say Sunshiners can no longer be trusted. Sincerely, Lemon Order #*****

      Do NOT order from SUNSHINERS. The number is constantly busy and they do NOT respond.My order was placed at the END OF JULY for over $200 and I cannot get a response.I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the ******* Attorney General...http://myfloridalegal.com/contact.nsf/contact?Open&Section=Citizen_Services Perhaps a class action lawsuit? Trust me, I will take whatever other steps necessary to recover my money. FYI... I won't stop until this is resolved. Trust me on that. ??

      Ordered $300 worth of sunshiners in April. Never received anything. Called and left messages, sent emails. No response. Will end up filing with small claims court.

      It is sad this company has gone down hill. We have purchased at least 12 sunshiners in the past and they are awesome products. I tried to place 2 new orders for gifts the first of May 2022 and no product has been shipped. Of course they billed my CC that evening but nothing has shipped. Every time I reach out the website just says being fulfilled. No one will answer the phone or respond to emails. Now it has been about 6 weeks and after reading the other reviews I do not see a product being shipped. Luckily I bought on a CC and should be able to cancel my order that way. I would say avoid this place unless you order about 8 months in advance it seems. At least the company could update the website saying they are running behind or something.
