Classic bait and switch. Advertise a price but wont honor it. Say they wont tell you your special sales price without physically going to the dealership.

Bought a 2023 dodge last Saturday and finance manager added extra fees without informing while signing the contract. Those fees was not agreed upon nor the amount disclose as he swiftly went though the pages without giving a chance to read what is being signed which now raised the price for the car and payment is not what was discussed. Ive called and text but been told we will review an email with removing those extra fees of $2200. I have yet to received any email or speak to the actual finance manager that we dealt with that day. That is upsetting and shady to mislead *** into signing without disclosure. I will never go back there or recommend this.

Bought a New 2019 Ram 1500 in December of 2019. 2 weeks after bringing it home, I crawled underneath to install nerf bars. I was shocked to see the amount of rust under the vehicle. I brought it back, and they assured me that it was just surface oxidation. At around ****** miles, I noticed the front brake rotors were only wearing on a few inches. The outside 3-4" were not worn at all. I was told brakes were not covered, as they're a wearable item. After complaining and explaining that they should be wearable, but weren't worn at all. They said they replaced the pads and rotors in the front. I went for an oil change and tire rotation, as they sold me a maintenance package. I waited in the service bay 30 minutes before anyone approached me. When the service writer took my keys, he said he'd "expedite" it.When I got home I found out that meant they skipped rotating the tires. Lastly 2k miles out of factory warranty and on the extended warranty they sold us, we got a "service airbag system " warning. Took it in, and told they didn't know if it would be covered by the extended warranty. I had to pay $521 for diagnostic. 2 months LATER they refused to pay for the rental. & they said the passenger side dashboard airbag was bad and it was NOT covered and it would be $2000 to replace it. Contacted the **** they helped get it down to $500. Dealership called said they got the wrong part, would be another day. Got it back and they replaced the rear passenger seatbelt airbag. Much cheaper part, still $500 for repair. They ran my credit 4 times, after being pre-approved. I think that was to drive my credit score below 800. This car dealership is shady and does not stand behind what they sell.

Just like all the others who posted here. I want to warn others about this dealership. This dealership is in the business of swindling customers from Sales to Service and even the parts department. They are the most devious bunch of digruntled employees you will ever find. They bait and swicth you on all the prices right down to the phony oil change coupons they send you in the mail. Its all a scam. Nothing is for real. They pressure you into buying everything they sell. Lie to you about every thing the offer. There is not one honest person in this dealership. I purchased a $70K vehicle from them in 2022 and it has been the biggest regret of my life. Every person i have dealt with has tried the most dishonest schemes and unprofessional business practices on me i have ever witnessed in my life. This place should be put out of business. Its a criminal enterprize from top to bottom.

This dealership tries every deceitful trick in the book.Cars advertised online are not there when you get there.Trade in values are less than KBB trade in price.Advertised pricing is not real, and on top of that they have an abundance of fees at the final table. Don't waste your time.

First and foremost, I believe that Arrigo does not care about the customer in the service department. I have a 2018 Grand Cherokee High altitude that a headlight bulb went out. I called them on the phone and asked for a quote to replace it. The quote was for $250 dollars. I made an appointment and waited all day for them to tell me it would cost $1200 because the light bulb was $700, and the front bumper had to come off to replace said light bulb. I denied the job and still had to pay a diagnostic fee. When I finally spoke to the service manager his attitude couldn't have been less caring. I asked why I had to pay for a diagnostic fee if you knew the light bulb was blown. His response was how would they know if it was a light bulb, it could have been the ballast or the bulb, which the ballast would be more expensive. So then why wouldn't someone just tell me right away it is an expensive job ranging from $1200 for just the bulb to over $1500 for the ballast. Because if that was the case, I would have never stepped foot into the service area at all. So down $250 I looked on ******* thoroughly to see if I found a way to do it myself. Lo and behold I found a video. I removed the light bulb without removing the bumper. Took the bulb to the auto store and bought the same exact bulb for $145 dollars. Went home and installed it myself and it works just fine. So why would the dealership quote $700 dollars for a bulb and $400 for labor, and it cost me a significant amount less with some elbow grease to do it myself. That is the definition of s******* over the customer. I asked for a refund of my $250 and they basically said no. DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR SERVICE.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP: One of the worst experiences I’ve had. I'll preface this by saying I've never complained about any place in my life. I live in Homestead, Florida, approximately 2 hours away from the dealership. I made an appointment for 2 PM, rescheduled for 4:30 PM. Prior to this, I called and informed them I was looking to buy a specific car and use my BMW lease as a trade-in. I had researched dealerships capable of buying out BMW leases, and this was one of them due to their affiliation with the BMW dealer I purchased from. After my 2-hour drive, I arrived at the dealership with great anticipation, hoping to leave with a specific Dodge Charger RT I had been searching for. Upon arrival, the salesman asked me to wait as he was with another client, which I completely understood. After the test drive and discussing my BMW situation, I waited for 40 minutes, only to be told they were unsure if they could buy my lease and, if they did, they would send it back to the BMW dealer I got it from, under the same ownership. Despite speaking to four other dealerships under the same ownership who confirmed they could take my lease, the salesman seemed indifferent to my situation. I felt they lied to me and just didn’t want to sell me a car. He claimed the neighboring dealership's manager, a former BMW manager, informed them they couldn't buy the lease due to one remaining payment. However, he made no effort to verify or escalate the issue, simply dismissing me without any attempt to make a deal or offer alternatives. This experience wasted my time, money, and effort, and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Selected a used car within budget and was then told that there would be an additional $5600 added to price for Certified Pre-owned inspection an warranty which made the car price 30% higher and out of budget. They would not remove these charges. Classic bait and switch - advertise the real price of the car!
