***** and ***** were incredible, professional, kind, efficient and so much more while moving me from ************* to ***************. They took such a stressful process and made it look so easy and efficient. Their attention to detail to my most precious items was out of this world. These are 2 of the hardest working men and I was blessed and honored to have them move me. Thank you again Good Greek Moving & Storage !

Simmering with the incredible lack of professionalism of Good Greek Moving & Storage. I hired this company to move my clothing and incidentals from ********* from the home I sold to their storage in ***************. I hired this company and paid a small fortune because of my lupus and other matters. The young men who packed and moved me were hands down fantastic. I was so happy to have that behind me and relieved my things were somewhere safe. I had a hiccup along the way as the quote I had gotten to store my things was initially not honored until I pushed for the recorded call to be pulled. That was rectified. I was told during that call that I would need an appointment to access my things given its not a public storage facility. No one mentioned an access fee nor a minimum charge of FOUR VAULTS at $100 per vault - and I have ONE. So *****, an assistant manager I spoke with told me that it would cost me $400 every single time I wanted to access my things. I literally have NO furniture in there, only 10 wardrobe boxes. I was also told I have to pay to even move my things out! I asked for that quote in writing which I hope to receive shortly. This is SUCH a SCAM. Now I have to pay to move my things OUT. BEWARE of #GoodGreekMoving I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, their corporate office and putting them on heavy social media blast effective immediately on multiple platforms where I have large followings.

This has been the biggest disappointment, I was quoted $179 per hour on a job that took 9 hours for 3 people. First of all I had to help them in order to get it done, I had them not disassemble anything and just leave everything on the first floor, I was told the tv boxes were included! I ended up being charge $1400 + in materials when I boxes everything days before preparing for the move. They take advantage of the fact that you are moving and are have a million things going on, they also keep you furniture in the truck as a hostage until you pay. They are super nice when you call and sound like they want to help you but really they are just selling you and fully knowing they are about to take your hard earned money! I will tell every one I can about this experience so they are not another victim.

Very satisfied with my experience. Truck arrived on time. The crew was professional and friendly. My move was quick and smooth. Boxes were dropped at the right rooms and no damage to my furniture. Excellent job ! I do recommend.

I never give reviews but I must. After my due diligence (which included talking to 6 moving companies) I chose Good Greek. Absolutely the correct decision!!! From start to finish an absolute pleasure and stress free. Let me say that again. An absolute pleasure and stress free. Consider no one else. By the way, this was from ************* to *******.

At the start, the packing team was ill-equipped, unprepared. We identified items that were not to be moved, despite multiple reminders, they failed to follow instructions, causing confusion and frustration. They showed no respect for our home or belongings. Initially careful, they quickly became careless and rushed. Resulted in: Artwork stacked without protection. Items carelessly thrown into boxes, unwrapped. Using our paper towels to wrap dishes due to missing packing materials. Dishes stacked without buffers. Total disorganization, with items placed on the truck unboxed and unwrapped. After complaining about the poor packing job, we were assured the boxes and truck would be repacked before delivery. We agreed, even if it took more time, and requested a different delivery team.Scheduled for 1/18/24, delivery arrived 4 hours late. Despite instructions, the team was unprepared for icy subdivision conditions, requiring them to back in. Further delays occurred when a supervisor claimed a different truck and offsite transfers were neededan extra cost to us. This felt exploitative, after negotiations, the fee was waived. On 1/19/24, we refused a pickup truck due to snow risks, but the team dismissed concerns, suggesting we could "just put in a claim." A box truck was finally secured, and deliveries were completed on 1/21/24, requiring us to take an extra day off ******* arrival, our belongings showed the same lack of care: Boxes and furniture delivered upside down, scattering contents. Dishes wrapped over paper towels, still unprotected. Broken items in nearly every box. A missing art statue. A major dent in the wall of the home we are trying to sell. Charges for unused packing materials. Many family heirlooms and irreplaceable childhood items missing or destroyed. We are still assessing the full extent of damages, and our claim form will follow once complete. The lack of professionalism, respect, and care shown for our property, time, and trust is unacceptable.

I paid over $13,000 to move my things from ** to **. I am not exactly sure how many things are damaged because there are too many to count. Boxes crushed, solid mahogany bedroom furniture scratched - everything, nightstands, dresser, shelf, bed frame - three standing tall lamps (two were stereo speaker lamps) had to be thrown away - decor bent - worst of all there was tape wrapped directly on many of my wood furniture items permanently damaging the surface. In addition, the reason you should not use Good Greek Moving is because their compensation for damages is $0.60 per pound!? I don't think the weight of my mahogany furniture represents its value. If something weighs a 100 lbs and they ruin it, they'll maybe give you $60? They also only sent 2 movers with the delivery in ** and I really felt bad for them. Two movers to get all of the items in my house that 6 movers packed up and moved out! If you are not going very far and it is all in the same day and you do not have anything of real value, go ahead and risk it. I decided to forgo the mediocre reimbursement they offered me (which won't replace practically anything they damaged) so I could post reviews instead.

Do NOT use Good Greek! They are dishonest and very shady in their pricing. When I arranged moving services and storage of items, ****** *** **** quoted the pricing. I specifically asked if the prices he stated included delivery of my items and he said yes. I am not an expert in moving services, clearly. When I asked ****** some simple questions to ensure I understood the process, he seemed annoyed. His tone suggested that I should know all of this and that I was wasting his time by even asking. I should have taken that as a sign. After the initial move, we paid a little over $5000 for the move and storage, which I was fine with. Within just a few days, I called back to arrange delivery of our items as we had secured our new apartment. ***** *. was pleasant and stated that she would get our quote for the delivery. I explained my previous call with ****** and that he said we wouldn't owe more after the first payment. I told her how we had paid over $5000 already and she agreed that this seemed high. She told me she needed to research some things and that she would call me back. She never called back. I eventually called to inquire of the status and ensure we would be getting our items back. They basically said we wouldn't get our items back until we paid an additional $3500. I spoke with several people and each time I was transferred, I had to re-explain. Each person seemed concerned, but ultimately didn't do anything. I eventually just paid so we would get our things. I have tried to resolve this with Good Greek first, then my credit card company, and now I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau. BUYER BEWARE. The owner should be ashamed. It's quite funny that the message when you're on hold with the company is how the owner is a former police officer and he has immense integrity. I wish he actually meant this.
