  Their customer services is very unfriendly, while I was talking, the representative, said "bye' then hung up on me. I called back another representative answered the phone, I told her that I submitted my cancellation form to them on 08/15 and she stated that in the system show they received on 09/07. That was 3 weeks delay, then she said, the refund will takes another 8 - 16 business weeks, which is not including the holiday and the weekend for process. So, meaning, I won't get my refund until December. I've never heard any company take up to 4 months to refund their customer. I will not refer any one to this company.

  I had a contract with this company. For 2 years no problems with my car. Took it to the service department with issues. Call them to use my warranty. No one responding back to the service department. Just a lot of running around and no action on their part being done....

  I would leave less stars if possible as their customer service is terrible! I was calling to help my 81 yo father cancel coverage he got for a car that he does not own, I don't know how the rep talked him into it, but in any case, when I was trying to explain to the first rep. he would not give any info, stated that my father had to call from the number associated with the account. When I asked to speak to a manager, he would not let me, and when I asked for his name, he hung up in my face. I called back and asked the rep for the corporate address for customer service so I could write about the bad service received by the previous rep. I also needed the name of the company. She would not give me the name (I only had the telephone number from the bank transaction). I explained that my father could not find the information and all I had was the number and if she did not want to provide the contact information, I could look it up from the name. She still would not give me the name of the company or any contact information. Finally had to call 3-way with my father to cancel. I just dont understand why they would not provide any contact information for the company. Terrible policies, if that is their policy, and very rude reps.

  These people tried to scam me also. When they finally realized I wasn't giving them my credit card number until I verified the company they hung up on me. To everyone writing a review, the review is NOT a COMPLAINT! They are 2 separate processes. If they have/are getting money from you, PLEASE file a formal complaint! They need to be put out of scamming, they aren't a 'business'!
