    *** **** went there for a family trip, about 12 of us, before leaving back home It was raining when we got there, so they kept us waiting for about an hour (Totally understandable) around noon, they let us in, after paying $80/ person an hour went by, started raining again, so they shut down all the rides. 3 park employees mentioned "If there's no lightning for 30 minutes we re open the park, if there's a lightning, the clock restarts" fair enough, we waited 2.5 hours, around 4 pm, and no lightnings for over 30' they told us "we are closing the park, please come back another day, here's some tickets"That's not an option as we fly back home tonight, Operations manager said "It doesnt make sense to keep the park running for only so many customers" She also told us to reach out to *********, @ Marketing, for a refund, which I did as soon as I got home. Refund was for 1/2 of what we spent. Huge waste of time and poor management decisions, I'd not go back even if it was free Sent an email offering a chance to make things right, but they didnt even care to respond... GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ?????
