    I am unable to stop this company from billing me and cancel my account. There is no contact on the website or system to close account.

    Dear ****************,

     

    Our firm represents Live Trained LLC. We received your letter regarding a Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint with assigned ID ********.

     

    An account review shows the customers account was set as monthly billing. His first billing date is shown as July 7th for $9.99 and he was subsequently billed on August 7th and September 7th. Upon receiving his request (see below) on September 13th, his account was terminated and he will no longer be charged after the September 7th cycle.

     

    Please advise if this closes the matter without any negative impact on our BBB profile. If you require any additional information to further review this matter, please let ** know.
