  I hired Concorde Van Lines and like many others, I was grossly under quoted for the cubic feet needed to move my stuff. I told them I moved to my current location in a 26 ft U-Haul truck and I had a four bedroom house. The first quote was $5500. He didnt mention the footage, but later I recognized it to be just over 600 cubic feet. A few days before the move they called to reevaluate my belongings, increased my space to 946 cf. and my price by $2300. I hesitated changing the contract because I really couldnt afford it but he informed me I would only pay for space used. So I signed the new contract. The same day, someone contacted me to tell me when the van would arrive and they informed me there would be a reevaluation and increased price when the men got there if they decided I needed more space. I began to wonder how much space is 946cf.? I measured a bedroom in my house and if was 845cf. The space they were allowing for my whole four bedroom house that I moved there on a 26 foot U-haul was first quoted for 600, and then 946cf.! I canceled right away because I knew when they got there my price would double and I could not afford that. I only agreed to use their services because I thought $5500 was reasonable. I canceled the day after I signed the second contract. Signing the 2nd contract voided the first, but they still would not give me a deposit refund, even though I canceled within 72 hours of my current contract. They were also amazed that I could figure out cubic feet and I was told by one employee that ****cf. is typical for a 3 bedroom house. Im sure the 1st guy knew that info. so, it appears these guys are out to trick you into signing a contract and then rip you off by continually increasing your price after their failure to be honest about how much space you would need. We ended up renting a 26 ft U-haul truck, approx. ****cf., and a U-Haul trailer, approx. 400cf., and still left somethings behind. Dont use this company. They are committing fraud!!

  I wish there were a minus star to 5. I called this service, and we discussed what we needed. I told them our stuff is four bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a big house. They gave me an estimate of close to $8,000. I accepted because we don't have enough money to pay that much. However, the movers came to our place when we were supposed to move out. They told us that they charged us close to $16K. That is triple the charge than what I talked about with the person. We were stuck and had no choice but to accept it because we couldn't find any truck we need to rent, and we needed to leave due to a new job in another state. It was so so haunted for us that we paid that much money! We lost our car, which we could pay off but had to pay the moving company. So, they lied to us about the costs. They also lied to us about the discounts that the person and I talked about on the phone and they will discount us. Technically, they will charge you A LOT OF MONEY even though they give you lip service they would forgive whatsoever. But there is hidden that they want your money. It means they would charge you MORE than you expected. DON'T HIRE THEM!! We are suckers and lost a lot of money! It is not the pleasure trauma we experienced! But we trust the Lord that He will judge them. Even though they said, they were not scamming us, they ARE ********!

  ZERO STARS! Horrible company. Low-ball estimates which more than double on moving day. Sells your moving contract to the most unscrupulous moving companies out there. Avoid like the plague.

  ************************* ************ is very poor management and professional. No idea Ive been in business when I use them in June 2022 the movers came and tried to charge me more money. They hated to omit that they had a wrong size truck so I had to put the rest of my stuff in storage in ********** I moved to Amarello ***** when I spoke to ****, who was handling everything. I tried to call him to let him know how things was being handled. He didnt never return my phone calls nor my texts so by the time I receive my items in Amarello ***** my boxes was busted open and repeat. I even received three items that belong to another customer. They will put your items on a truck with someone else. They dont care if they stack it on the top of yours and break your stuff in your boxes. I am not happy with this company and I never will use it ever again nowhere I use the truck drivers company which is US Logix. This is for management all the way around and business. I will never let my dogs use them know where I recommend them to anyone to use him, for he is an unfit. , this is for management all the way around in business I would never let my dogs use them know will I recommend them to anyone to use him? **** is a unfinished business person who works for this company please people do not trust this company with your home items. Dont trust them with anything. They are useless and unprofessional all the way around I recommend people not to use this company and logic they are money hungry and they try to rob you out more money than what you post to pay for once again, these two companies are very unprofessional

  Moving with Concorde Van Lines was super easy! The booking is effortless to make, and ******* was super helpful! Well above and beyond what we expected! All went very smoothly, with excellent service. 10/10 recommended!

  If I could give a -5 star review I would. This company reached out to me with a quote via emails that was far out of my budget. When I was called I simply told the representative that I wasnt interested due to my budget concerns and I told him that i had chose another company to go with. The representative got extremely aggressive, and abrasive. He told me I was being scammed. I tried to get the conversation off to the quote to hear what they had to say and he kept badgering me to send the contract I had been given and the name of the company. When I wouldnt, he transferred me to his supervisor who hung up on me. I was contacted the next day by another representative and said I had no desire to do business with Concorde because of what happened. And I wished to not receive emails or be contacted. He put me on the **** Shortly after those text exchanges, the original representative texted me incredibly abrasively again telling me I hadnt been hung up on and how he didnt understand how the other business could even make money.. as if I care about that? I replied and said please stop contacting me as I am on the *** and I was hung up on. If i was contacted again, I would be contacting my lawyer. The man replied. I cannot believe a company would be okay with such treatment towards potential customers or customers who tried to respectfully decline their services.

  This is one of the best moving companies I have ever used. They were efficient from the time that I called to arrange the move until my last box was unloaded. There was no hidden or surprise cost. The move went without any issue. I will highly recommend using these guys!

  This company is 100 percent fraudulent. They are scam artists who reel in customers with intentionally low estimates in order too receive deposit payment, then hire a third party who will then double or triple the price and hold your items hostage. This is my personal experience dealing with them currently. Their customer service is fictitious. They are obviously trained to lie, and when pressed will hang up as opposed to resolving issues. Do not use this service. It is beyond fraudulent. Their service is predicated on lies and scam artist tactics. Regardless of what you are quoted, the actual fee will double or triple and customer service is a farce. They will not actually provide any of the service they claim over the phone.

  There were no damages to any of our items or the new property, and the same happens in the old location. I am so thankful I chose you to move us. We appreciated you guys so much. Highly recommend them!
