    On March 11, 2024, my daughter, 24, used my debit card and my email address to purchase a program from this business without my consent. She tried to get a refund, but was denied. I stepped in and related via email that this was an unauthorized purchase. I never received a response. I am not sure what the services are that she purchased because she said she never received anything. I cancelled my debit card, but I would like a refund of the $434 that was on my account from this company.

    I am rejecting this response because I have reached out to admins about questions I had with no answer. I attached screenshots directly showing a concern I had that was not addressed so I had to figure it out on my own. 

    I am also not the only one that has voiced my disapproval that the course is not a proper walkthrough to close that first deal. I attached a screenshot of that as well.

    I submitted several deals with no success with the admins. I attached proof of that as well.

    I'd like a full refund because I put in the work and no results with your course, but I have seen success with another. Thank you.

    Hello,

    We are sorry that this customer wasn't able to have success like 100 of our other students did this year with the same course. We have several testimonials posted on the internet to back up this claim. We strive to provide a top notch course and experience for all of our customers, but also understand we wont please everyone. We have provided a refund and wish this person the best in their real estate journey. - *************************
