  I don't know where to begin! I inherited some land from family, and is was impossible to manage because I lived hours away. I was afraid to sell my family's land because I wanted it to go to someone I knew would do good things with it.   working with *** was God sent. They helped me sell my land with a quick and easy closing process. They have a mentorship program that I have joined because I wanted to change my career and join the wholesale land industry and that was the best thing I have done. Not don't get me wrong it requires a lot of hard work and consistency. Some months are very lucrative and other months stagnant. I love the Team at EDB investment solutions. They are very helpful.   Ive been through 2 *********** Educational Mentorships in 2018 and 2021 at a cost of $25,000 and $17,500. Wholesaling houses was the primary goal to generate cash for ********** projects. However, with the tools and education I purchased I didnt close one wholesale deal in 20 months. I liquidated some of my stock holdings to purchase rental properties, but after experiencing rehab cost, ever changing loan interest rates and a rash of bad tenants I needed a real answer to effective *********** investing. I received an invitation to a EDB Investment Solutions Zoom call and bought the their online training course for Land Flipping for under $1,000. A few months later when they offered their Mentorship Program I jumped at the chance for only $5,000. As a mentee you use EDBs marketing tools at no additional cost to learn the process of contracting land lots with Sellers and building relationships with Buyers, with the opportunity to make money by Joint-Venturing with Mentors, other Mentees and when ready striking out on your own with the confidence gained through weekly Mind-Set, Mentor to Mentee with ************************* and his team and Q&A calls.   EDB Academy has been a blessing to me, I joined their mentorship this year and was able to get my first deal within 2 weeks of cold calling! ****** and his team have a great system going, it truly works.

  This company is horrible especially the customer service from the owner *************************. Do not spend your $5k on a mentorship because you will be left to fin for yourself. I sent 2 emails AND several text messages requesting to cancel my mentorship 5 days after I signed up because the ONLY one on one interaction I had was for 15 minutes 3 times. I was told the the owner I had 7 days to cancel and I canceled in 5 days and made several texts and calls requesting to cancel. The owner refused to cancel even after I told him I had proof I requested to cancel. Then ************************* took all the resources that came with the mentorship program like removing me from Discord (where all the communication, training and education is stored) AND he also removed me from Voxer which is another platform used in his mentor program yet he STILL refused to cancel my Affirm account which is a 3rd party company who takes the payments for the $5k. So basically I'm being forced to pay for a program that I requested to cancel within my acceptable time period. The owner also has me blocked and will not respond to my calls or texts messages.
