    I went to **********'s World of Vision & got a pair of prescription glasses, their new method of eye exempt is the most new technology type, it only last for less than 5 minutes, then they let me pick up a pair new fame, total cost more than $500.When I got that in a week, I have so much hard time reading it, almost just like my last one, so, I told them, they said, perhaps if you wear it for a while, it would get better, if not you bring it back, we will redo it for you.So, I wear it for a week at work, still can't see the small print, I then bring a pair of minifying glasses to work to read the small print. I went back, they put a diff prescription heavier for me, I then add glare resistance, the service woman told me, it will cost from 100 to 600, I told her, the new pair only cost me little bit more than $500, she said OK, glare resistant will charge $100 more, so, total cost is more then $600, but when I took home, wear it at work, still can't see small print, worsing for driving, I had to drive without the new glasses! But due to I am working and the World vision seems not happy to help me, so, I never went back to ask for refund.At my new workplace,I have to wear my old prescription glasses, even though I still use minifying glasses to read small print, but I can see better with my old glasses.Today, they text me, is time for my new eye exam again, that really makes me angry, I text them back, told them, they are the thief, **** customer store???
