    Purchased an item and Vero Beach Auction REFUSED TO SHIP THE ***** TO ME. The owner, ***** SCREAMED AT ME OVER THE ****** RUDE NASTY.Here are the facts:1. I just got off the phone with Vero Beach auctions.2. 3 hours ago I asked about their ship charge and the ship method. Their quote to go **** was $35 3. I asked them to remove the charge from my invoice because another shipper stated that they were cheaper.4. But the other shipper was not cheaper so I called ***** the owner back WITHIN 2 HOURS and she stated that SHE WOULD NOT SHIP MY ITEM AND REFUSED TO LET ME GO THRU THE AUCTION HOUSE.5. She stated that she had already delivered ALL THE JEWELRY TO HER SHIPPER, and that they will not come back again, and therefore SHE CANNOT SHIP MY MY ITEM. How is this possible when the payments for the invoices were not even due until the day I made contact????6. ***** said that she was the owner, but she argued with me telling me that I shouldn't have refused her ship quote and it was TOO BAD AS SHE WAS NOT GOING TO ***********.This behavior is extremely unprofessional at a minimum and the auction house should be talked to about their behavior toward their clients!Had to open a dispute with Better Business Bureau, AND A CHARGEBACK. And they still would not deliver the items. Think again before bidding with these thieves and dishonest people.
