BEWARE!!! I had a sales rep named "Tim" from PAVER MAC come to my home and sell me a new install and a restoration of an old install. They did a terrible job. They left areas that were not finished and left a huge mess. Tim came back to assess and told me they needed the send part of the payment which is the completion payment first before they would do a "punch out", not complete the job but a "punch out". I refused to pay them until the job was complete. The project manager then came and assessed telling me, "look, im not going to ******* argue with you". He did tell me they had to rush it to get to another job. Then they sent a "FIXER" named Eric who came three times. He cleaned up most of the sand all over the deck and picked up the empty coke bottles. He filled in some areas of where the sand should have been filled and told me this was an awful job and you were charged for some extra services that were not rendered. He also told me the salesman "Tim" was about to be fired and that other customers had issues with him. The contract also stated that they would "clean and seal" the deck which he verified which they did not. The manager who i spoke to on the phone clearly did not want to hear it and deliberately hung up on me. This company left damaged pool coping, broken existing pavers which were not even glued back as they stated in the contract they would do if damaged. A woman named Grace told me they would come on a friday to clean and seal the pavers, shortly after the manager called and said no, they would not and then accused me of creating "confusion". I can now see why this company has a bad local reputation. This review is an actual, factual and genuine review. I have home security with actual video of them sweeping the paver debris into my pool and the mess they left. This was truly a horrible experience with Paver Mac and i suggest you Run far away from this company.

We provided a quote for a driveway extension, some repairs, and a clean and seal, but our quote was more than the client had budgeted for, so he asked us to take out the clean and seal, which we did, and we gave him an additional $500 off. We then called him, by mistake, and he took the opportunity to ask for another discount, so we gave him another $300 off - meeting him well over halfway to his budgeted amount. After we completed the job, we went back twice to address different complaints, both times he refused to pay so, on the 3rd occasion, supervisor Steve went with the laborers to make sure everything was completed to the customer’s satisfaction, but the customer became belligerent, and he told Steve to get off his property. After that incident, Tim, the salesperson who quoted the job in the first place, went over to explain that he needed to pay the balance before we could do the additional punch out, as is clearly stated on the contract he signed, so he told Tim to get off his property too. At this point, the job had been done for over a week, so we sent Erik, one of our laborers, to handle the additional complaints. The customer asked Erik to change out a piece of coping that was chipped, and a few minor things, and when he finished, the customer ripped the check in front of his face because he said we hadn’t done the clean and seal – which he had asked us to take out of the contract. When the owner called to remind him that he asked us to take the clean and seal off the price, he once again became belligerent and refused to pay, so she ended the conversation by letting him know that we would be filing a lien against his home, which we did. After that conversation, he showed up with a check, but he shorted us $96 so, when he got the notice of lien the following week, he called to ask for a release, and we told him we would be happy to do so, once he paid the remaining $96. At that point, he let her know that he would be defaming us on social media, so this was not at all unexpected. We bent over backwards to accommodate this customer’s wishes and budget, but nothing we could do was going to please him because his goal was not to get a great job at a fair place, it was to extract a free clean and seal, and we could not accommodate that request, especially after the way he treated our employees.
