"I purchased a unit from Air Medics in May/2022, for $9,500 and in August /2022 it stopped working and the tech came out and said they would have to order a part for it , i was 2 weeks before the part, I rented a window unit while i waited on them to come repair , it every time i called they either would no answer the phone or they would talk rude to me, and tried to charged me a service when they replaced the part on the unit I just purchased 2 months earlier. after the I tried calling them since March of this year 2023 to get my free service maintenance and could never get and answer on either of their 4 phone #s, so my A/C stopped again last week and they said they would get back with me to schedule an appt." ...
