    I bought a unit from this company 8 years ago. I have had so many ongoing issues till this day. My AC never cool properly, lines always get build up if ice even after it was checked by the company for a repair or maintenance. Today mark my second week with low cooling pressure to ZERO AC at all. My AC went down on a tuesday, they came and check all was fine. Next day I come home and ac not cooling house on 80. I call them again and they couldn’t come becase either Gabriel or Jose always have a 4-5 day weekend trips. This unit is still under warranty as I mentioned it only has 8 years of new. And EVERYDAY their is an issue with it. I am tired of the back and forward and leaving my family, my pet and myself with no AC for more than 3 days because of personal trips. If you can’t provided an outstanding customer service then just don’t have a company and sell it to someone who will provide that. I just want my AC unit both fixed at no cost since is still under warranty. I SHOULD not have all this problems with this basically still a baby unit. I don’t believe they are doing a great job by “fixing “ and they are trying to force me to get a new unit.

    1/5 hp ac condenser fan is perfect! Dont know how long it will last yet. .
