  I’ve been a resident at my apartment complex for nearly three years and have consistently parked in the same designated handicap parking spot. My vehicle always has the proper disabled parking tag clearly hanging from the rearview mirror, ensuring I comply with all legal requirements to avoid being ticketed or towed. Despite this, Split Second Towing & Transport, Inc. has towed my vehicle five times. Each incident has cost me hundreds of dollars to retrieve my car—an unnecessary and unjust financial burden. Every time I’ve called to address the issue, the response is the same: “When we arrived and snapped a photo, we could not see the tag.” This is simply NOT true. The tag has been visible on every occasion, and I take care to ensure it is displayed properly. It feels like this company is just making excuses to justify their wrongful towing and avoid any accountability. The repeated towing of my vehicle despite visible, legal documentation reflects either gross negligence or a predatory towing practice. I have attempted to resolve this amicably by reaching out to them (because their website says they provide service 24/7) but the dismissive responses and lack of responsibility are unacceptable. Split Second Towing & Transport are FRAUDS and should be shut down. I strongly advise against anyone using them. Their unprofessionalism, lack of integrity or empathy, and failure to respect legal parking designations—especially for those like myself with disabilities—speak volumes about how they operate. I will be escalating this issue to both my apartment management and local authorities to prevent this from happening to others.

  they illegally towed my car with canada plates on it. and they knew it. then tried to lie about it. saying they ran my plates through a data base and it said the vehicle wasnt registered...'trying to trick me into paying them for their mistake, There's is no such data base and it takes authorites days to to get any answer from it. i lost time at work and aggravation and i want to be compensated for the ****** they were going to try and get off of me. disgusting business practices and they should be shut down.

  Join me in a lawsuit anyone? This company towed my rv, tried saying someone called it in. Rv had notes saying coming right back.cause I was taking my disabled mother to a near by hotel so she'd be comfortable while I came back and waited for mechanic to get there. Well I saw them circle parking lot several times before I left to take her.(thats why I left note) they towed it the minute I was gone. Would not let me or my mechanic see vehicle until I paid their extortion price of 385 dollars. Now I know why, they pulled my rv without disconnect the drive shaft and messed up my rvs transmission and parking brake. I have proof and will be filing a class action law suit if any would like to join.they could not provide me with who called to have it towed and could not produce the the dispatch ticket why cause no one called I had permission to be there. These people are Charlatans.

  This company is awful they towed my vehicle from my apartment complex when my parking pass I received from my complex says Im a Resident! Then they damaged the front end of my bumper and the guy made it seem like it wasnt nothing much and blamed me as if it was already like that and it wasnt.

  This is th worst a bunch of scam artists. they towed my vehicle from my home on the street inwas on the grass a little bit .. They could have gave me a warning im new around here ... i had to pay 200 to get my vehicle they have no compassion.... but what goes around comes around....
