My brother had an account with R&R of Baton Rouge. His truck broke down and he could no longer afford the tires. They said they were coming to get them. Fine, that was for the best as they are way overpriced anyway. His truck was parked in my driveway after breaking down. Two automotive professionals came to take the tires off and left the truck on blocks. Again, understood its a business. Heres my issue. These professionals left a 9000 lb work truck, fully loaded with tools on the worst made cinder blocks made. Within 15 minutes of blocking it, the front blocks turned basically into powder and the truck was in the ground. *****, the manager seemed perfectly fine with this, no matter whether it could have fallen on my children or any other children getting off the THREE buses that drop off near my house. His response was well did it fall on someone? This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. ***** needs to learn the correct skills to work in the automotive industry or move on. Regardless of my brothers account status, that truck is in MY yard and was left completely unstable. Not to mention damage to all 4 rotors and lugs just thrown about in the gravel. Its all been documented on security cameras and photos. Again, I understand its a business, but there is blatant disregard for safety that I feel will never be addressed until a vehicle actually falls on someone due to their own negligence.Review fromAdam C

company will put vehicle on bricks & will damage your car, they currently owe me for previous damage on my Mercedes won't resolve it even tried speaking with corporate still no call back i have more evidence of them breaking the law, trying to repo the wrong car in the same complex coming in a unmarked van not stating who they are, will be building up a case on them, for hiring contractors to pick up the wheels so they don't get in trouble so it doesn't go back to them !!!Review fromTim F

I think they talk alot 9f **,It's a quick and easy way to get back on the road again but you sure end up paying the price,I was getting ready to take a trip to Oklahoma to relocate my Daughtet and two Grandkids and I was desperate for two new tires,I had just purchased 2 new tires from Good year and a front end alignment, almost $900,I didn't have the money to pay for 2 more tires so I heard about RnR tires and the guy quoted me 2 new tires and front-end alignment for around $40 to get it all started,When I got there it doubled the price he quoted me,they highly recommended a front end alignment with the new tires and I told them and showed them the receipt from good year that I didn't need another front end alignment ,They went ahead a messed my front end up in my Truck,The guy had me walk out into there shop to tell me that I had to replace some parts before they could do an alignment, Now my Truck is pulling to the right,They didn't replace my valve stem witch is something a good tire store always does when you purchase new titlres,I didn't even make it out of Florida and my Driver side tire starts going flat,I WILL NEVER USE RNR again or recommend to anyone,I pay on a biweekly basis,And before my payments due they send me threatening text saying my renewal fees are going up,I've never heard such ********!

They took 4 extra payments from me and still haven't gotten the credit back to my account. Then they send me threatening messages that they are going to put my car on blocks and get sheriff involved for non payment when my tires have been paid off on 10-2-24. These people don't know how to run a business. Here I have never been late on a payment and then they take 4 extra payments from me and then send me harassing messages. Not right at all. If I could give a zero I would..It was fine until the lady that was over my account got moved to another store.This man ***** became over my account and everything went to ****,he wasnt knowledgeable about my account,he gave me wrong information which led to me having to pay more because of late fees which is very unprofessional.If I am unaware of mistakes on my account because I was not informed,how is that my fault!Dothan,al is the worst and I would never recommend anyone to deal with them!Review fromCharles B

Ok so this is second unpleasant dealing with place in person. First it was additional money being taken out of my account and when I called the store no one could explain to me why. Second time. They put tired and time in my car and didnt align them. I asked before I left the store and they yes we did. In less than a two month spans I had ball front tires. So I went to a tire shop to Find out why they were going bald so fast. He said the tires n the car needs to be aligh. I told him they said at *** that they. He said not likely. So I called the store to ask them about it cause the ***************************** Said it hadnt been align. He tells me .. oh yeah we dont do alignments on ********. I was like so why did yall tell me yall did then. I couldve went n got them done. So after my first review some guy called me. Nice guy tho and straighten the money issue out and told me to come in and get me tires for the front. Ok cool. On my way there my entire from tire came completely off the car. Apparently they didnt tighten my lugs nuts. My fault tho cause I shouldve been checking them. But fast forward to today. Been having a slow air leak with rear tires. Hate dealing with the Beaufort location so I just kept putting air in them daily. Leak started getting so bad I had no choice but to go get them looked at. I called the location yesterday t explain to them that the ***************************** wont hold air all. An hour later its completely flat. I explain this to them that day and today before I fldtive over 2 hrs there. Called before I left to double check and explain to them the situation. I asked the girl can yall fix it today. Cause one tire is leaking air and the wheel is cracked. She said if youre still paying on them yes. I said are you sure cause Im driving over hours stopping every 20 minutes to air the tire up. She assured me me yes we can fix it as long as youre still paying on them. Ok cool. Continued below ??Review fromBrent W

Worst experience ever. I will never do business with this company ever again. Ended up paying over $3000 for a set of four tires. All because the same as cash date ran out, that I was misinformed about. And they voided my contract that says additional 60%. They added over 60%. I recommend nobody to ever do business with them. We had a great experience when we bought tires for a car we had . Brought another vehicle in because rim was leaking air . Okay lets get rims , we get the rims and had to have a payment delay , had to spoke to them they okayed that it would not go out . I would pay them Friday . Payment had went out when it was not supposed to. This had happened more than once if I did not catch it nothing would have been done . After that decided to return the wheels and put the old ones back one . My rim . One rim leaked before . Now I am being told that a few of my rims will probably leak . Alright sounds little fishy to me . Also currently waiting while tire tec is useing a grinder on aluminum rims . How ever should not be happening!!!!!! Also your shop techs also need to practice customer interaction when talking to them , this will also have a negative impact on your business I know this is not a professional way of communicating my experience but this is unacceptable .
