  I want to give a very big THANK YOU to my Case *************** ***** from Interval Exit Services. She worked tirelessly with me and helped me get out of a contract that was done illegally. She is so patient, professional and an amazing person. She knew I was overwhelmed, hopeless and burdened with this contract but she kept me together and worked on my case. The entire team is wonderful, and I truly recommend this company to anyone and everyone that is having issues with their timeshare. Thank you, Ms. **** for everything.

The presentation was very professional.Once my wife and I discussed their qualifications we decided to retain their service.********* (***) called us and interviewed us regarding the numerous issues we had been having. *** was very sympathetic to the way we had been handled and very familiar with the type of behavior this company utilizes.*** assisted me in reaching out to the correct department and we have removed a major debt and turned it into a more manageable situation.   With Interval exit services ,our represenative was *********************. Although the service is costly they sent a person to our home to review our case in **********. ***** was very prompt in returning our calls and answering our questions. We didn't realize we had to do alot of the work ourselves but had excellent guidance. We were sucessful in getting out of a $33,000 Contract with ******* that we were lied too about so we are happy. It took about 7 months to resolve the issue. We would recommend ********************* and Interval Exit Services.

  *************************** recently helped me get out of a contract I had signed because I was given bad and false information by Club Wyndham. She did a good job of keeping their attention when they spent a lot of time researching my case and ultimately they cancelled a loan of roughly 15 K and slightly reduced my points and maintenance fees. I recommend Exit services to all interested in voiding or getting out of time share deal.

  The total cost of this service was less than what we will save in the first year. *** told us exactly what to expect and what to say. We had a total of seven contracts with Club Wyndham, one with a balance over $30,000, and six paid **** but still accruing maintenance fees. *** advised us each step of the way to restructure the open contract so that the balance is now just over $1,000. Our payments went from $600/month to slightly over $80/month. With her help, we are in the process of exiting our paid off contracts, which will wipe out an additional $1,000/month in maintenance fees.

  Our process in not quite complete, so far I have been extremely pleased. We are already part way out and even though I new it could take several months, we are a head of plan and I am so relieved that there is a way out of this time share. Everyone has been professional, on top of things, and very transparent. I highly recommend them if trying to get out of a time share.

  I want to start by saying that I am very happy with the services that I received from IES. When I started the process I talked to **************** She informed me a lot of things I was told by ********/Marriot were incorrect. Upon doing the research I found out she was entirely correct about the entire thing. She informed me about the the process and the services they could provide. From this I was told I could receive a free assessment and from that I would be able to choose whether I wanted to execute the opportunity and be helped out of my contract. I was then referred to ************ He gathered all the necessary info from me and walked us through the steps of how the entire process would be completed. We were also asked to detail specific details about the process so they could build the case file. This did take a few phone calls over a couple weeks but the calls were always on time and very professional. We were then given a detailed invoice with a few different payment options and given time to decide. I never felt pressured at all I was given ample time to look over and decide. More than I can say was provided by the time share. Upon deciding to move forward our case was moved to **************** was excellent. She was very personal, responded very timely and also handled the case in a personal and professional way. She was there during the entire process to help. At the end it took a little longer than I had hoped but was well within the time frame that was expected. I can not complain one bit. Thankfully I have just signed the paperwork to exit the timeshare and am thankful for every bit of help during the process. I would have never known what to do. Again I am appreciative of how ****** made me feel. I felt like I had a friend not just some customer service rep helping me during the process. It made it less stressful. I appreciated the level of respect during the process. Highly recommend.
