"They want you to make a payment by a prepaid debit card first before you can receive your loan to me that is fraudulent and that is wrong because why am I calling for a loan when I need to pay for bills if I had the money I wouldn't be calling them for money so why would a loan company want you to pay them only strictly by eBay card or a snap card or some other debit card before you receive your first payment alone they call this the first payment but it's not the first payment it's so then they do and then they do not put the money in your account"
