I got a new metal roof from them in Feb 2023; The quote was the best and the crew who work for them are all employees and not sub contracted.I had some issues in Jan 2024 with the Solar Fan, they came and checked, caulked around the fan. It was all fine and good until TS ******.... all that rain exposed the leak again in the fan "itself". It was very frustrating to have a new roof and it's leaking in the fan (not the roof) I didn't want to deal with warranty of the fan, and possible leaking problems in the future with the metal roof. So I asked Southern Pro to remove the fan.... It took a bit of phone calls and scheduling, we had 2 additional hurricanes come thru right before the holidays which delayed everything.... But, I am happy to say this company is top notch, ***** stay's on top of the projects and they have removed the fan as "promised";Thank you *****!!!

Southern Pro did a fabulous job on our shingle roof. We called and **** came out as quickly as possible after the hurricane to evaluate the situation. ***** went over and above with the insurance to make sure all our damage was accounted for and covered based on our policy. **** was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was thorough, explained exactly what needed to be done and he didn't try to up-sell me. Price was fair. He was at my house on a Tuesday and his crew was here to do the repairs on that Saturday. He is a retired Master Sergeant from the Air Force. He is still applying those core values.
