"My water heater went out Saturday/10/2025 it's been 6 days now and they tell me they going to patch it up instead of installing a new water heater very unprofessional and cheap I see they don't care about they tenants this is really ridiculous"

"DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM:My house had black mold among other mold growing in the kitchen: After a leak in the kitchen (Dec 31) I reported it they told me just turn the water off, we cnt get anyone out there until Jan 2 after many attempts and request for them to repair/replace my cabinets from the water damage they kept rejecting work orders they told me it was as is but the water damage happened months after I moved in. I sent a certified letter of intent to withhold rent in which it was signed for." ... Read full review
