  I had to pleasure of working with ******* A (Property Manager). Once my property was listed, ******* was able to answer all my questions and even concerns. She was readily available for any call and even my emails. I have never had a property listed with a property management company but have heard my stories. ******* *. has been exceptional in everything she has done. She actually went above and beyond and securing additional info and qualification from my new tenant, to ensure I was happy. I would totally recommend ****** ***** Property Management but I would advise to request working with ******* *. as a property manager. She has been absolutely awesome.

  This company has rented me a house that they said was rent ready. It was not, and still is not. Since Ive moved into this house it has been nothing but problems after problem after problems. Leak that came through the kitchen sink through rusted pipes, termites, ac broken for 2 weeks, microwave stopped working, drawers and toilets dirty and ********* fixed but then starts leaking under the walls into master bedroom and closet. Lawn maintenance promised each month included in the rent but no one comes. Front door doesnt fit letting all the ac out & heat in- this was what was said from the maintenance guy that came. Now I have to sit in a lease that I cant get out of, in a house that was promised to be rent ready. I have been lied to. I asked for discount on a months rent due to the problems here and was denied. I need to get out of this almost 2600 rental house asap without having to be fined two months rent.

  I had a disappointing experience with Wright Davis Property Management Company that left me greatly dissatisfied with their services. My interactions with this company revealed several concerning issues that speak to their overall lack of professionalism and commitment to their clients. First and foremost, the communication from Wright Davis was abysmal. They consistently failed to keep me informed about important matters, leading to confusion and frustration on my end. This poor communication extended to their follow-up practices as well, as they repeatedly dropped the ball on addressing my inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. Furthermore, their application scanning process was weak and inefficient. It appeared that little effort was put into properly screening applicants, which raised doubts about the quality of tenants they were placing in properties under their management. This lack of attention to detail reflects poorly on their overall competency and dedication to their clients. I was also deeply disappointed by the apparent lack of ethics and commitment displayed by the team at Wright Davis. Their failure to conduct thorough background checks on applicants was concerning and could potentially put landlords at risk. Additionally, their negligence in verifying work orders and addressing maintenance requests promptly showed a lack of accountability and care for the properties they manage. In summary, my experience with Wright Davis Property Management Company was overwhelmingly negative. Their poor communication, unprofessionalism, and questionable ethics make them a company I cannot recommend to others. I strongly advise prospective clients to steer clear of Wright Davis, as engaging with them is likely to result in ongoing headaches and disappointment.
