  We signed our contract with this company October of 2022. We were given a 6-9 month completion date. We have dealt with subcontractors threatening liens on our home. Another subcontractor harassed us for extra money. We are now at 14 months and still do not have equipment, interior of the pool done, screen or roof. We are lied to each week. No one shows up for months at a time. We have not been able to use our backyard this entire time with 3 kids. There are damages to the sidewalk, fences, and back of our house from equipment. I DO NOT recommend this company.

  JE Clear has paid back an agreed upon percentage of moneys owed. I am satisfied that my money was returned.

  On April 14, 2022, I signed a contract with the company JE Clear Pools and on 4/8/2022 they demanded the first payment of 13,900. The seller's name is **** *********. On 7/8/2023 they started digging and demanded another payment of 17,375. On 7/15/2023 they threw the cement in the excavation and demanded another payment of 17,375. They did not return until approximately 10/11/2022 to work on the drainage. They left and did not return until 01/26, 2023, when they delivered the paving stones and demanded another payment of 17,375. In August they assembled the 2023 paving stones and since then they have not attended the construction again. I have contacted owner Jose ********** and licensee owner **** ***** on several occasions and they always say they are coming next week and never arrive. They have been unprofessional and disrespectful to my family and me. I made a report to the consumer department, and they are investigating the case. These companies must be taken off the streets since many families do things with great sacrifice and we sacrifice many things to our families to be able to make and fulfill these family plans. Enough of the disrespect!

  JE Pools has $15,000 of my money with very little work shown for it. We've had a litany of broken promises and commitments not met. When you reach out to Jose, he will say what you want to hear but then doesn't follow through. He also doesn't communicate when he is unable to meet a commitment. We are weeks past the original deadline, with "labor shortages" cited as the reason why. Save yourself a ton of money, avoid headaches and heartaches, and go with another contractor.

  First of all, Id like to say, I wish zero stars were an option!**** has to be one of the most deceptive people that Ive ever dealt with in my life. Not only did it take almost 3 years to remodel my pool but I never received all the equipment that was promised in my contract.The tile around the border was installed and removed three different times, as the quality of the workmanship was beyond unacceptable.The quality of the final Pool Finish was horrible from the start. The pool is less than two years old and is currently leaking water and cant get any response from the owner.The entire interior finish is going to have to be stripped and done correctly as it was never bonded correctly to the gunite underneath theres multiple air pockets under the finish, which is causing the leaks and staining.Take a look at their address on ****** maps, and it shows that its an ********* in ***** ******* in the ghetto. **** obviously lives in the bushes and reflects in the quality of workmanship that I have received on this job from JE CLEAR POOLS.Do yourself a favor and hire anyone else especially if you are hiring them based on price. You will find out quickly that it cost more than double to do it twice compared to what it wouldve cost you in the beginning if you had hired an established company.Today, they still havent completed the final inspection with the ***********************, which I had to complete myself.I am now looking for a new company to come in and tear out all the interior finish that they installed and have it re-done now for a second time.

  Pool looks great, price was better then other companies, quality is very good and comunicacin was good. Will recomend to friends and family.
