  Would give 0 stars if I could. Just told a guy who knocked on my door that said he was representing ProForce 4 times that I was not interested before I walked back in my house and slammed the door in his face. He offered me an even lower price as I walked away. This sort of "salesmanship" is gross, off putting and entirely too sketchy for me to even consider using this company. Beware of similar tactics, especially in *******, as it seems like this company is recruiting people from out of state to sell door to door, as I have seen several people talk about similar experiences online.

  Company is a hoax. Over promised and under delivered and couldnt get in their schedule after they took my money. They came out once but unable to reschedule for other half of the work. Its either they cant be reached or technician is unavailable. Tried to cancel but they want $199 to cancel my contract. Well guess what, if I didnt receive service you wont receive my money

  ****************. Took over for ****. Had them for about a year and have more bugs now than when they started. Spiders, ants in the bathroom and bedroom. Had them come out multiple times to fix the issues. When I call to cancel with 2 months left, they have the audacity to tell me theyll still charge me $199 to cancel even though they never held up their end of the contract by killing any bugs. Dont get trapped. Straight up scam.

  Hawx did not provide pest control servicing as promised. They solicited door to door in our new neighborhood. They promised outstanding service on a quarterly basis, including mosquitos, fire ants, knock downs, planters, etc. They made an initial service, but we had to call them back to provide the *************** ant service that was promised but not provided. They charged our credit card monthly at $59.99, for the quarterly service. After 4 months, no one had returned to provide the quarterly service. When I contacted them to inquire, I was met with an attitude and told that service was scheduled for 10/16/23. I told their representative that I was not happy with being almost a month late on services that have been paid for. She shrugged it off with no explanation, that's when it was scheduled. The day came and went. Today, we attempted to call them for 1 1/2 hours, starting at 8:05am. We kept getting a recording to call back during business hours of 8am-5pm. We were clearly within that time. When we finally got someone on the phone, she argued with us for 10 minutes about our request to cancel our service, since they did not provide the service promised and they were difficult to get ahold of. She stated they were "only" a month late. They were too busy. They could not call all the customers they missed last month because they have thousands, even millions. When we demanded to cancel the account for lack of service, she did offer to refund one month's fees, again stating they were "only" one month late. I told her I didn't give her a chance to be any later by calling repeatedly. Ultimately, they charged a cancelation fee of $199 to get out of the contract. However, I do not have any written confirmation of the cancelation at this time. I would stay away from Hawx and any other company that wants to bill you monthly for services provided quarterly. Pay only upon completion of services.
