    Caddipay has deceptive business practices. Even after making timely payments in full they will harass you. They will call you but record the call with intros stating you called them, creating a false narrative. Do not bother calling them back as they will not answer the call, and if they do they will likely hang up on you with out you saying anything.

According to the loan servicers records, an outbound call was placed to you by one of their agents on July 25, 2023, in response to your unsuccessful payment attempt on July 21, 2023.

    Regrettably, during this call, the agent inadvertently used the verbiage typically reserved for inbound calls, potentially leading to confusion about the nature of the conversation. We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused. To prevent such issues in the future, your loan servicer has provided the agent with coaching and additional training on the appropriate protocols for outbound calls.

    Additionally, we are pleased to inform you that your loan servicer also confirmed the receipt of the necessary payment, bringing your account current. Based on the current records, we consider this matter closed.
