    Saturday I parked in the Italian lot in ***** around 5:45pm, downloaded the app and my CC number, immediately got fraud alert from my bank for $39,95. Was finally able to pay $20.45 to location 910, got ticket because the system changed it to *****, I never submitted that, but they do not care, why not have $65.45 instead of $20.45??? So the first scam attempt of $39.95 was followed with another try to get over $65 for 2 hour parking?? I emailed them, no solution, no care, I am stunned, how is this even allowed ... They force you to use an app where I was scammed, still was able to pay, but now even AFTER paying a ticket ? Where is my payment of $20.45 going ? Will this at least be refunded, no reading their emails. Do NOT use them, or you might pay $30/hour parking????

    Company as a whole is not great. Only positive side is the valet attendants and managers. I stayed at the Hyatt Place downtown a few days ago, and Ivan (the manager on duty) was very nice and helpful! He helped us with our bags after the valet attendant greeted us in a rather odd and robotic way. It seemed as if they were trying to recite something. However after talking to the young man, he ended up being a very nice guy. We went in and out a few times during our stay (we were there for 4 nights) and every time, the valet attendants got us our car in 7 minutes or less, even when busy. I became friendly with one of them, and he explained how they have to say the weird and robotic line to every car that comes in because they get audited by "secret shoppers" (I think he said). What??!! Come on Evolution, this isn't the Tampa Police Department, this is a valet company that employs mostly college kids, who happen to all be very nice, helpful, clean-cut and seem like good men. That same kid also told me they got their water privilege's taken away, and he's never gotten a break during his 8 hour shift!!!! Maybe the DOL should investigate this company.... on the other hand, it was $38 for overnight valet, per night, which is crazy! We should have found street parking for $2.30 an hour and could have saved almost $75. Clearly, the issues at hand here stem from corporate and need to be addressed, or no one is going to want to work for this company. I hope many people read this and see what an unethical company Evolution is.

    I would have rated it 0.
    Worst Valet company in the history. I have been driving for 25 years and any establishment for leisure or for business. I always park Valet and tip well to have my car parked up front or VIP. This company has footage of my vehicle being inspected and received with no damage. It so happens the camera faces exactly where they damaged the vehicle and refuse to release it. I will walk and park elsewhere anytime then handing my keys to evolution valet. Spoke with Jake valet driver who did not deny the damages being done by valet. Spoke with Micheal manager who stated it would be taken care of before I even left the property and spoke Anna which truly did not handle the matter correctly. Not sure how they claim to be a Forbes Travel guide company!!

    NO STARS!!!!!!!!Evolution Parking and Guest Services??T&M Nation 1/5 just now on ****** We checked in on 7/19/24.All of the enthusiasm I had for this stay was cut in half at check in. I was told by front desk staff that Hotel.com had misled me in thinking I would be staying in a balcony view room, because it was a terrace view room . I requested a view of the river as represented in the pictures. I ended up with a 2 double *** room with a river view instead of a king *** balcony room with a balcony. It had ONE vent for air-conditioning beside the large window and the room was not cool enough for its size. The bathroom stayed hot due to no air circulation.However, the view was satisfying.BUT the reason I will never stay again at this hotel, was due to the ******* The next day we called for our vehicle to go out and when we sat down in our vehicle, it REEKED OF THE SMELL OF MARIJUANA!!!! We immediately got out and notified the valet Asst. ******* ****. Two staff came and witnessed the strong odor in our car. **** and a ***** female named ***** both agreed and stated they could smell it. Ironically **** was the last person that parked our vehicle the previous evening, when it had a normal smell inside. We were unable to speak with ******, the manager, who had just left work. The next morning at check out, I requested to speak with the manager and a woman with no name badge on told me that she was the manager. This was on 7/21/24, a white female with her hair pulled back, stated that Hyatt Regency contracts the valet out to a company called EVOLUTION PARKING AND GUEST SERVICES. I told her that this was unacceptable and that it still reflects negatively on the hotel as they are doing business together. She subtracted the $105 valet bill from my ticket, but this still left us traveling in a car that smelled of an illegal substance!! I AM DONE WITH *************************** REGENCY HOTEL AND EVOLUTION PARKING AND GUEST SERVICES!!

    Horrible valet company. This company has damaged my vehicle and has video footage of and they refused to show mw the footage to see how my car left the valet lot. They refuse to pay for my damages. ****** uses intimidation tactics and gaslighting to try and make you file a claim with your insurance. Why would anyone increase their premium by filing with their insurance when this company is at fault. This company should not even be able to hold a valid business license. They refused to provide me with a claim or inaurance info and when they "investigate they have a person from their own company doing the claims! There is no integrity, and they have damaged numerous residents vehicles at the ***********************.
