"Rented for two years wouldn’t renew lease so we started to paint and clean up since the unit came in good condition and Scott (owner)said that their is no security deposit as our color was a bit off and not exactly the same color as before he ignored us for a week and I finally go a hold of the very busy man and and asked him for for evidence that my 2k was being used for the paint I asked for documentation or receipts and he stated on a phone call to sue him and that he wouldn’t not provide them thinking of taking advice from Scott :)"
