BBB has confirmed with United States Postal Service that this business website https://uspsprioritymaildelivery.com is using and posing as the Post office. This business does not have authorization to use their logo or offer services using their name.
Consumers filing BBB complaints have received emails and/or phone calls from fraudulent people claiming to be a with the shipping company asking for $300.00 insurance fee with $75.00 set-up fee. They also ask for $500.00 for custom labels. When you do not receive your package, the Business wants another $250.00 to get the refund paperwork.
