    - Created on February 3, 2022:
    "I hired Mariya (Fiori Decorations) to set up a personalized balloon display for my gender reveal party. I have an invoice of her confirming delivery for the product the day of my party and screenshots confirming she was going to arrive at 12 pm to set up for the party's start time at 2. I informed her 3 weeks in advance of the party's 2pm start time and she agreed she'd be there by 12 to install the decorations. The day of the party, she messaged me at 10:45 asking what time the party starts, despite all of our previous communication going over those details. She said she couldn't get to me before my party started anymore and insisted upon delivering it at 4pm when the party would already be over. I told her this was unacceptable as the party would be over at that time and she refused to answer any emails, calls, or texts from me and refused to send me my 190 deposit back since she was willing to provide it at 4, which is not the service time we agreed upon. She never offered me an explanation as to why she cancelled on me the day of my party, however I saw on social media she had went to another birthday party to do their decorations instead. I posted about my experience to spread awareness, and many other families commented saying they had similar experiences with her where they paid for her to set up a decoration and she cancelled last minute without refunding their deposit. Another woman stated she brought a completely different decoration than what she had paid for to her wedding and she never refunded her money either. It is clear she is taking advantage of people and scamming them out of their money with no intention of delivering the product to them. She deleted every comment on her Instagram posts of those trying to spread awareness to how she runs her "business" and blocks them. There is no clear sign that the photos of decorations she posts on social media are even from her work. Lastly, she does not appear to have an LLC, which by law is required to advertise delivery services, making her "business" even more fraudulent."

    "I came across this floral business online through Instagram and also Facebook. I contacted the seller via what's app as requested on her page and we spoke about the service wanted for my wedding day. She requested my address, email and phone number for the invoice. She emailed me the invoice and asked me to send payment through cash app or zelle. She provided a phone number of 813-330-8454 and the payment went through via Zelle. The day of the wedding, she did not bring the items purchased and then suddenly could not be reached. I tried calling but she seemingly blocked me from every social media platform. I encountered others online with similar experiences which made me especially want to report her to protect others."
