Additional Complaint Information

Customer Complaint:
BBB received a complaint filed by a potential employee alleging that Helpful Angels LLC is offering work at home job positions. Currently the complaint is pending, however BBB is reporting the details while investigating the business further:

"I applied to some jobs online regarding stay at home jobs and I was contacted by email by several people regarding my application that I don't remember filling out. The name was helpful angels they claim to be a charity that except a charitable donations and they were hiring a donation coordinator. I was told I was going to get paid $2500 after a 35 day probation. And after that if I went through third probation. And they wanted to keep me it would be $5000 after that for a more permanent position. I filled out a brief application and signed also took pictures of my ID only and sent it they said that I would get the money as a check or if I wanted it deposited into my account as soon as I sign the agreement then they sent me packages the packages I had to open up take pictures and then repackage it and print out a new label to be sent somewhere else in the United States I came on here and read some job forums. I've been looking for a new stay at home job and I came across some people saying that they were scammed in a similar way so I went back to the website and I called the apparently the corporate number and it's not in service the website seems to be bits and pieces of other charities not feeling comfortable about working for them anymore and I don't have anybody's number but one guy who claims to be my supervisor. I don't know what to do from here but I no longer want to be a part of this Because I'm sure they're not going to send me my pay hearing stories from other people the companies just seem to disappear after the 30 days.

I'm not sure what I want to be done but I think this is a scam and I'm not for sure what these products that I am sending out are going to anybody in a charity they told me these products will be going to people in need and I highly doubt that somebody needs to stop them"
