  See my review on their website. Worst company ever! They are scammers do not hire. They still have my belongings on their 26ft truck since Aug 28th. They have stolen my belongings. I have hired an attorney. The 5 star reviews on their website are fake!

  This is one of the worst companies I have had to deal with. They quoted us a moving estimate of approximately $1700 and told us if we had to change the date there was no problem. Unfortunately when I called to change the date of the move by one day and asked to hold my belongings overnight until we closed on the new house the following day, they raised the price to $6,100 and now decided they needed 2 trucks. After telling then I was canceling since they could not honor their original estimate which I have in a contract, I was assured I would receive a refund of my deposit. I have so far been requesting the refund since July 25th and have still not received it even though ******* said I would have it. This company seems to operate on false promises and dishonesty.

  WARNING! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! 100% waste of time and hard working money. Beware of this company; my experience with them was a complete nightmare. I booked with them based on their claims of legitimacy and professionalism, but it turned out to be far from satisfactory. No one was of any help. I was caught off guard considering the amazing reviews. They are one of those companies that prioritize money over their clients or service quality. Don't expect them to take accountability; they demand payment regardless, even if they don't complete the job. You can submit a claim, but it takes 30-60 days to process. Despite my specific request to wrap my furniture for safety, it was still carelessly dragged my light beige couch and new mattress along the dirty hallway floor, disregarding my concerns and requests. Moreover, they used my building's maintenance workers' tools to disassemble my bed frame but didn't have the necessary tools to put it back together. A complete disaster! So yea, my bed is at my new place but need to hire another person to fix it! The lack of care for my belongings, especially since they are all brand new, was distressing. Their service was far from what I expected from a reputable company. Adding insult to injury, I had found a much cheaper moving company offering better service. Paying full price for such unprofessional work was deeply disappointing and frustrating. The crew guys weren't bad, but they were rushed, unprepared, and lacked proper supervision. Devin and Tony should have taken more responsibility. I sincerely hope this review serves as a warning to others. I deeply regret booking with them and strongly advise seeking a more reliable and responsible moving company elsewhere.
