    I rate no stars, they are the worst auto mechanics. I bought my car to this location on many occasions because of work not done by another Jiffy Lube location on Dale Mabry in Tampa. This is not the first time that my car is now undriveable as of December the 16th at 12:58 p.m. because I was I am being charged $461.14 for another fix that needs to be done to the car after spending over $600 almost $700 just a few months ago in the same location. I spoke to Tyler he says that he is the district manager for this location I also asked him to provide me with the phone number of the owners of the store because from my understanding each store is on independently. I was refused the number to the owners I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Bureau and also I'm currently filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and any place else that would listen to what I have to say about this company and the underhanded practices that they do and they charge you an astronomical fee for things that are probably easier at a different company they have lost my trust and they have lost my money. I am requesting my money back from the work that was done on my car on 10/26/23 for the amt of 651.68, this was supposed to be done when a previous oil change was done.
