      They were unable to fix the key fob that I purchased and told me it was not there fault. I own a key fob that doesn't work.

      We cannot guarantee key fobs purchased somewhere else. Our policy is clearly posted in our store. Customers always have the option to purchase one of our remotes if theirs do not work and we do guarantee ours. Thank you
