    What an insult! I would have rated them a minus 1 star if I could have. They offered about 1/3 to 1/4 less than what I figure my property is worth based on a neighbors sale a couple of months ago. I believe there is timber on the property with at least half of what they offered. Like what has been said in other comments this company is a predator preying on people that have no idea what their property is worth.

    They offer 46% less on the land we bought in Dec 2023 They think that they are the only smart guy out their I asked them if they have a property near my land I will pay higher then what they bought for

    Insulting offer of $22,000 for my land thats worth more than $100,000. Appears to be a terrible predatory company looking to take advantage of vulnerable people. Plus they are clearly liars as they claim to be BBB accredited right on their website. Avoid at all cost.

    *************** preys on elderly and uninformed property owners. Sends unsolicited simple agreement contracts for purchase of owners property at 1/8 of assessed value. Fraudsters, Scammers are reasonable descriptive terms for these folks

    Agree this company is a scam. Received the same letter offering a ridiculous low ball price. Assuming they purview local real estate tax records hoping find a desperate victim.

    This company are a scam they are trying to take advantage of land owners who do not know the value of there properties/ homes . For example they made me a offer for $30,000. However the actual value is rougly $70,000 - $90,000. Stay away from this scammers praying on the elderly and misinformed. I will HELP you FOR FREE or point you in the right direction to global real estate firms.tired of seeing pepole taken advantage of by pepole like this email me at ************** ** *********

    Scam alert! I receive a letter from this company trying to get me to sign over my $490,000 property for $30,000.
