    I've been shopping/ordering/buying from SilverRushStyle for several years now. I'd recently purchased three different items: an ***** pendent, a Sterling Silver ******* chain, and an 18" Omega chain.The ***** ******* was fine, and as pictured. The ******* chain was listed as being 2.5mm wide, but when it arrived, it was between 1 and 1.2mm wide (which is a large difference in size). So I notified their customer service ***** by email (since calling daily FOR AN ENTIRE WEEK got no results, and I got their voicemail each time).The person who responded to my email offered an additional discount, and added, "sorry for the trouble" - yet they NEVER BOTHERED TO CORRECT THE LISTING WHICH STATED THE ***** WAS 2.5MM WIDE! I'd think they'd try to correct the cause of the problem, but that didn't seem to be their concern.They specifically state their listings, "Please note that the chain photos displayed above show our items exactly as they appear. You will buy chain from this photo." - yet the item pictured was a ROUND Omega chain. I received a FLAT Omega chain instead, which was NOT the same item pictured on their website's listing!I kept the ***** *******. I also kept the 18 inch ******* chain (and accepted the additional discount offered) then I returned the FLAT Omega chain, as it was NOT AS PICTURED..The next time I tried accessing my account on SilverRushStyle, it stated that my was "SUSPENDED"! It said...We are sorry, but your account has been suspended.You are unable to login to your account for the one of the following reasons: unpaid orders late payments excessive numbers of returns frauds violation of our store policies If you need more information about status of your account please call us ************ ___________________________________________________________________I've tried to call the number above, but it just rings w/no voicemail/answering device, so I'm unable to leave a message. NONE of the "reasons" above apply to me. I have NO "unpaid orders" - NO "late payments" - I'd only returned ONE of the THREE items I'd purchased - so there's NOT an "excessive numbers of returns" - in fact, I don't think I've RETURNED any other items to SilverRushStyle, Inc. this entire YEAR (2022)! So that only leaves "frauds" and/or "violation of our store policies" - neither of which I've committed.
