    Do NOT waste your time working here if you are black or female. Predominantly male work place but about 2 black people working for the company, including myself. I was told that I was being let go due to my stats...same stats less then 24 hours prior, showed and proved that I was qualified for an incentive that gave a dollar amount bonus. The department I was in did Tech Pro Support for ****. **** is a billion dollar company, I had no issue with the pay cut I was taking with giving this company a try. But not one disciplinary action or complaint filed against me or a customer, I was blindedsided with a proposal for termination regarding the same stats that earned me extra money less than 24 hours prior. But even if my stats were an issue, our trainers told us that people would not be fired due to their stats. Racism mixed with sexism is crazy around this company.
