    After calling two other companies who didn't seem interested with my small electrical problem; I found Charter who sent a Tech out who determined that I needed to run a separate line from my pool pump to the Electrical box outside. It's a new pump I bought for my above ground pool that I just recently filled. I was using an extension cord to an outside outlet like I had before but this newer pump was tripping my panel constantly so I could not leave the pump on and leave my home because my freezer in the laundry room was on the same circuit. Anyways; ***, I recall his name, gave me a quote and after a quick phone call, started the job right away. Not only that, but he hooked up a timer for a pool pump for me that I had bought years ago that was still new in the box. Great service! Affordable price. I'm not one to leave comments but that's because I've had some bad experiences with service companies in the past. These guys deserve the positive review. Now I just need the weather to warm up.

    Just recently hired charter electric to install a panel upgrade. Junior the electrician was super knowledgeable, on time and cleaned up afterwards. He kept me informed the entire time he was here. I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends as they are very reasonable in price as well.
