    Company is horrible! I ordered a product from them on 12/22/22 and the delivery date said Friday the 23rd (it is now Wednesday the 28th). After multiple days I received very little updates with little explanation. Once the delivery date came on Monday, it kept saying that the package was out for delivery but later on would say the business was closed, this happened for three days straight. I was able to fix this problem by contacting the company I bought the product from which was staples and asking them for updates on the product and if it was possible to change the carrier. I was able to change the carrier to *** which should hopefully arrive on Friday. If you are in the same problem as me I would recommend calling the company you bought the product from and ask them for updates on the product and if they are able to switch carriers so a more reliable one.
