    Worst type of ambulance chasing sleazy law firm. Same story as the other reviews. Multiple harassing calls to our employees. They scan all secretary of state UCC filings and spam the company owners without any understanding of the situation.

    Horrendous.....They are absolute ambulance chasers (I post that to payments) READ WHAT THEY SEND YOU. Mine was a credit taken by employee for COVID by Mckesson. They do NOTHING and want you to pay them. They make these claims they will get it lowered, etc. I am filing a suit to add to their many since all calls are recorded. Mckesson SHOULD NOT have issued this credit but I am ok paying the full amount, as we used what was purchased. Cain & Daniels is the most horrendous legal firm (I use that term lightly) on they PLANET. STAY AWAY and call the company directly who is seeking payment for Credit. Million times easier.

    I hope your having a great Friday and things have been well.  I am sorry you had such a bad experience with our firm but we did everyhting in our power to please you.  I undersatnd you were fustrated when we stoped collecting your payments and asked you to send them directly to the plaintiff.  This was a policy we implented as our company grew due to the volume of payments we were sendigng daily.  We did agree to continue to accept your payments in good faith to ensure you felt comfortable.  We hope things go well for you in the future and we  wish you the best of luck.

    They call repeatedly about our company being sued by ********** *******. We have never been in a relationship with Mr. ******* company and certainly have not been served with any lawsuit. Scammers I think.

    I am sorry we contcated the incorrect party but this happens at times if our firm has the wrong number.  Were a commercial settlement firm and we settle lawsuit and judgments in the US.  If we see that a lawsuit or judgment has been filed we will call your company to offer our services. We apologize for any confusion.

    These people are unprofessional and likely scamming others - the stock images and reused copy on the website is a clear giveaway. I have no dealings with this company and fortunate to have impeccable credit both personally and professionally, yet and over three times this month, I receive calls from an 813 number asking me to call back at a 941 number. Any business that employs questionable business practices like number spoofing on multiple occasions should be penalized.
