      ********************* and his team have been amazing throughout the whole process of our home renovations. We have multiple projects going on at our home including a new construction on the same property and he and his team have been nothing but professional, very detail oriented and communicative from start to finish. I highly recommend Building Concepts of Tampa Bay for any and all custom building/home renovation needs; I know I'll be using him again.

      I performed zoning work for Building Concepts of Tampa Bay on 3 of their projects. I submitted final invoices totaling about $4,000 for payment on all 3 projects in April 2023 and have not been paid. The owner, Ben Walters, does not answer my calls or respond to my emails. I must agree with one of the previous BBB reviews claiming Ben to be unethical and a liar.

      Ben Walters is unethical, dishonest and inexperienced. He is in litigation with multiple parties. Do your homework on this guy and talk to people he has actually done work for. This info is.public.record on the Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco county permitting offices. He is currently under formal investigation with multiple agencies.
