    Not only this company will charge three to four times what a normal inspection costs but: - When compared to inspections done on the same properties by other respectable companies he clearly will "find" things to recheck so you pay $250 for him to revisit (which I fool enough did once)- He won't even uncover trusses on the roof and then say whatever he assumes on a report - Two inspectors and an electrician's company had to reconfirm that one cable was not what he was intentionally stating for him to change it. - When complained and stated my reason (which he already had a report with that info from another company) he proceeded to leave the phone in the air and forget about the call.- This guy is unprofessional, and unethical and basically knows how to run his business to skim customers. - I will proceed to pay another company to inspect the property and then file a claim to The ********************************************************** and to The ******************************************, showing the different inspections and the lack of ethics towards his profession. - Total cost for a waste of time with this guy $750 for the inspection, $250 for a revisit, another $250 for a different company to show he was wrong, and $170 for another company which will do another 4 points and wind mitigation.Don't let this guy fool you and shop around, expensive does not always mean it's good or worth it. I guess that is the reason why there are not many reviews here, he rather not promote his business on ****** with reviews. Ps: You can reply with the same answers you did before **************, respectfully, the inspections, pictures, and files show differently from you. Blessing and have a great day.
