      Due to a motor vehicle accident a few months ago, my auto claim was sent through arbitration. Unfortunately, a police report was not made after the accident and the other party lied about a witness being present after the accident. My insurance was made aware of this and documented thoroughly that there was no witness. This supposed witness would not even return the phone call to my Adjuster to give their side of the story and even had the same last name as the person I was in the accident with. However, once my case made it through arbitration, despite seeing my adjusters notes, saying that there was no witness present, this company decided to still use that witness statement to make their decision for my auto claim. I was hoping at least that because there were conflicting stories on the witness being there, that the company at least would throw the witness statement out and use the information from the drivers of both parties. But this was not done and an unfair and biased decision was made. I am very disappointed because we as people trust these companies to make the most unbiased decisions and they did not do this. If I could give zero stars, I would. I did reach out to the company personally and of course they said they cannot help me.
