    Do not recommend this rescue. Very unprofessional staff, I adopted from this rescue and my kitten had hookworms. Ive spoken to other people who have gone to this rescue and they have not gotten any shot records after adopting. My friend got a cat from this rescue and the cat had feline herpes and made the rest of her cats sick!

    I'm so very thankful for this rescue! They went above and beyond for thr kitten I rescued. The owner Mrs ****** as well as a Mrs **** helped when not even the shelter would! Do grateful for my new forever best friend! Thank you Cat Haven

    Over the last two years I have volunteered and even adopted one of our fur babies from Cat Haven rescue. The amount of passion and dedication this team has to help save as many cats as possible has no end and I know each of their rescue babies thanks them for the love and care they all deserve. Facilities were always clean and they have an extensive and loyal volunteer team. When one of our cats was feeling unwell at our home, the owner personally came out to check on them and helped us out tremendously and gave us such peace of mind. Thankful for these wonderful individuals and for their impact on the Tampa Bay Area.

    We have tried adopting a pair of young cats, Over a month now and still no word on what is going on. She "Sarah" will not take a phone nor will she make a phone call. Looking into this on social media and I am finding others who have this problem. There has not been a way yet that I have found to get to the core of this rescue. And the website link posted here is an outof country link to God knows what so avoid it.

    This place is awful. They have sooooo many cats because thier adoption standards are beyond ridiculous. The kittens I was interested in adopting are still there over a month later. The people that run the organization are incredibly rude and unprofessional. That place needs to be overhauled from the top down.

    0/100 don’t recommend this organization. The women who runs this “non profit” is horrendously rude, incredibly immature and overall disgustingly disrespectful. She turns away animals in need because she mixes business with personal emotions. If you can take your rescue anywhere else, I beg you to please do so! I wouldn’t trust her or the staff seeing as how ever interaction has just been unpleasant. If I could give no stars I absolutely would. Nothing personal, but the professionalism and caring demeanor is non existent. If you point out the issues or faults conducted on their end, they’ll respond back with an outrageous or disrespectful response. Please save yourself and your rescue the horror of dealing with the interaction; no one deserves that negative treatment.
